PARKING REGULATIONS
No Owner
shall park, store or keep on any street (public or private) within the
Properties any:
-
truck exceeding three quarter ton in size
-
commercial type
vehicle
(including, but not limited to, any dump truck, cement mixer truck, oil
or gas truck or delivery truck)
-
any recreational vehicle
(including, but not limited to, any camper unit, house
car or motor home)
-
mobile home
-
any inoperable vehicle
-
or other similar
vehicle.
In addition, no Owner shall park,
store, or keep anywhere within the Properties any of the above-referenced
vehicles or vehicular equipment, mobile or otherwise, deemed to be a nuisance by
the Board, upon any unenclosed parking space, so as to be visible from anywhere
in the Properties. All such vehicles, trailers, campers, motor homes
and similar vehicles and equipment not otherwise prohibited hereunder or
prohibited by an Additional Declaration shall be parked in enclosed garages or
otherwise adequately screened from view by way of a structure approved by the
Architectural Committee.
Garage doors shall be kept closed at
all times, except as reasonably required for ingress to and egress from the
interiors of the garages.
No Owner of a Lot or Condominium
shall conduct major repairs or major restorations of any motor vehicle, boat,
trailer, aircraft or other vehicle or equipment upon any portion of any Lot or
Condominium or elsewhere within the Properties, except wholly within the Owner's
garage or other structure approved by the Architectural Committee; provided,
however, that such activity shall at no time be permitted if it is determine by
the Board or its agent to be a nuisance.
No motor vehicle shall be operated
upon any Lot or Common Area except for the purpose of parking, loading or
garaging the same or for necessary maintenance of the Lot, the Common Area and
improvements thereon, and no motor vehicle shall be operated for
recreational purposes on any Lot or Common Area.
With the exception of maintenance
vehicles or equipment, all motor vehicles shall be operated only upon paved
roads with in the Properties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, these
restrictions shall not be interpreted in such a manner so as to permit any
activity which would be contrary to any ordinance of the jurisdiction on which
the Properties are located.
