By the authority granted to the Board of Directors of the CZ Master Association
(Association) under the CC&Rs, the Association is responsible for establishing
and interpreting the rules pertaining to parking and garages (Rules). The
Security Company for the Association is responsible for issuing all Passes and
the enforcement of these Rules.
