Our Los Verdes Landscape Committee

In order to preserve the value, desirability, attractiveness and landscaping
integrity of Los Verdes, the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions have
authorized the formation of the Landscape Committee. The Landscape
Committee is appointed by the Board does not seek to restrict individual
creativity or personal preferences, but rather to help assure a continuity in
landscaping design which will help preserve and improve the appearance of the
Community. All plants have been selected for their visual character and
adaptability to this community.
The
primary responsibility of the Landscape Committee is to advise and assist the
Board of Directors in developing an ongoing program to preserve and enhance the
landscape improvements of our Los Verdes Community. These responsibilities
include, but are not limited to, all landscaping, irrigation and tree trimming
within the Association common area property.
Our
Landscape Committee Chair is James Haacker and our Seabreeze Property Management
representative is Trina Boulter. Committee members are Marilyn Carrabino,
Ann Zendner, Kathryn Green and Shelton Green.
Our Landscape
Committee walks through our Los Verdes Community each third Tuesday of the month
at 9:00 a.m. to review the condition of our landscape.
