The major responsibility of the Los Verdes Home Owner's Association is to
protect the investment and enhance the value of the property owned by the
members. This is done by providing for the physical maintenance and
operation of the common areas. The Association is also responsible for
enforcing the covenants, conditions, restrictions and reservations, also known
as CC&Rs, complying with governmental regulations, improvements and facilitating
an effective communications system among members.
CC&Rs cover a variety of
subjects affecting property use and enjoyment such as RV and boat storage,
nuisances, commercial activity, fire control, signage, and all improvement
activities. Each property buyer should have received a copy of the CC&Rs
through escrow, and they are listed in the title policy conditions for your
property.
